CEO Chen, Kuo-Tung graduated from Department for Mechanical Engineering of National Tsing Hua University and Graduate Institute of Business Management of National Sun Yat-sen University. He worked as the deputy CEO of CPC Corporation, Taiwan Petrochemical Business Division, factory chief and deputy factory chief of Linyuan Petrochemical Plant. He took the role of the chairman of Chinese Process Safety Society in 2022. He specializes in plant construction of the refining and petrochemical industry, test run, operation and management.
